Due to the nature of the products sold, generally all sales are deemed final. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unopened, undamaged items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for unopened, undamaged items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 'Unopened, undamaged items' in this policy refers to unopened and undamaged packages and not to the individual items sold within the packages. Therefore, the only type of item that qualifies for a return is an unopened, undamaged package which contains all its original unopened/undamaged individual items.
